Networking gets a lot more fun and easy with the new Swipe-2-Match feature in our app. It allows visitors to connect with participants who share the same interests. This makes it easy to quickly find relevant connections.
Visitors and exhibitors can schedule appointments through the app. To make sure no one misses a scheduled appointment, a reminder is automatically sent just before each appointment. You can schedule an appointment at your own booth.
During the event, we will have a Social Wall in the app. This encourages interaction and engagement. You can contribute to the Social Wall by sharing photos, comments and experiences before, during and after the event. Posting is only possible for exhibitors, posting comments and liking posts can be done by anyone.
3 weeks before eRIC you will receive an email with login details. By already filling in your details and interests prior to the exhibition, you will be ready to use the app efficiently. Visitors will receive access to the app 2 weeks before eRIC.
A few weeks before eRIC, the main contact gets access to the lead portal. In the lead portal you can set up questions in advance which will appear in the app as soon as booth staff scan a lead. After the exhibition, you can download your leads from the portal.
